How to communicate effectively.

Learning about caring for myself the importance it has within the marriage. Communicating in
a way we are aware of both of our feelings.

Tools given to proceed and insight into personal needs and direction as well as ability to hear
struggles of others.

Learned more about me and how to take care of me.

Group sharing, really loved having the rooms where we went for the intensive.
