His programs are having remarkable success helping couples, including those in extreme crisis, achieve successful and deeply satisfying marriages.

Kris Pace

Pastor
For the past 23 years of his life, Kris has been involved in ministry through national and international speaking. This speaking has included topics such as Missions, Relationships, and Church Transformations. He and his family also spent several years as missionaries in Tanzania, East Africa. Currently he serves as the Lead Pastor and Co-Founder of The River located in Southwest Missouri.

Mark Pyatt

Mark has been involved in this ministry since it's inception in November of 2003. He was the Chief Operations Officer for the Smalley Relationship Center and worked along with Bob Paul and Greg Smalley in the launching of the Smalley Marriage Institute, now known as the National Institute of Marriage. His primary responsibilities at the National Institute of Marriage includes; Operations, Finance, and Donor Development.

Christine Arnzen, MA., LPC

Director of Training and Professional Development

Chris Arnzen is a graduate of Evangel University and earned a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. She is Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Missouri and is an active member of the Community Crisis Team of the Ozarks.

Nathan Phillips, LPC

Certified Intensive Lead Therapist/Speaker

Nathan is a graduate of Samford University and earned his master's degree in community counseling from Georgia State University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the CEO of Battlefield Ministries, Inc., a ministry that focuses on Christian couples and families. He has over 20 years of experience in counseling and is an accomplished speaker and facilitator.
